rice wine, Beef, Clam meat, Blackmouth angler, Styela clava,
Bean sprout
- Recipe: Simmer blackmouth
angler in the gravy with bean paste after soaking it. Drain
the bean sprout after simmering in the gravy with bean paste.
Boil the blackmouth angler and various seasonings such as
garlic and red pepper powder in the gravy with bean paste.
Boil it for 3-5 minutes more after add parsley and green
onion. If you prefer hot taste, add more red pepper powder.
You can enjoy a peculiar taste if you add styela clava.
